ABOUT FACE RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for items purchased online or in-clinic unless the item is faulty or a refund is required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider exchanges or refunds within 10 days of purchase (or 10 days from receiving your online order). For in-clinic purchases - requests must be made in person at one of our clinics, with proof of purchase, and the item must be in original, unused condition. For online returns, please email info@aboutface.co.nz.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or issued as a credit note valid for 6 months. We cannot accept returns outside the specified timeframe or for items not in original condition. Returns are limited to New Zealand-based clients.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph all contents and packaging and contact info@aboutface.co.nz immediately.
