Shipping & Delivery Policy

At About Face, we want to ensure your orders arrive safely and securely. All online orders are dispatched with the directive of "Signature Required" on delivery to confirm receipt. However, if an "Authority to Leave" is in place for your delivery address with NZ Post or another courier provider, this overrides our "Signature Required" directive. As a result, About Face cannot be held liable for parcels that are stolen or go missing once the courier has left the parcel at the delivery address.

Important Information:
- If there is an active "Authority to Leave" for your address, we are unable to replace parcels that are reported as missing or stolen, as the delivery carrier is authorized to leave the parcel without a signature.
- To ensure the secure delivery of your future orders, please ensure that you do not have an "Authority to Leave" set for your address. You can check and adjust this through NZ Post or your courier provider.
