Yes, especially for late night and weekend appointments, which are normally booked up several weeks ahead. We do offer a cancellation waiting-list service for peak times.

We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes beforehand, to give yourself time to unwind. Also, if you are a new client, we’ll ask you to fill in a consultation form, which takes about 5-10 minutes.

Your appointment time will be reduced. Your treatment will still end on time so that the next client is not inconvenienced or kept waiting.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations after this time may incur a charge. An appointment for a free loyalty rewards treatment that is cancelled at short notice may result in forfeiture of the treatment. Contact us here

Yes, you may choose whichever clinic is most convenient for you.

No, but you can swap your treatment to another one on our price list, providing they are for the same value or you pay the difference. You may also use your voucher to purchase skincare products from us instead of taking the treatment.

Yes, our vouchers expire six months from their date of issue. However, we usually honour expired vouchers (a fee may apply if prices have changed).

Yes, one of the best in town! We reward your purchases of skincare, make-up and wellbeing products by giving you a free skin treatment worth up to $130 when you spend $600 over time. Find out more.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We don’t accept cheques. 

We also offer the Debit Success payment option on skin rejuvenation courses over $1,000 and you will have up to 12 months to pay for your treatment. There are no hidden costs, you simply pay the cost of your course (plus a $15 establishment fee) in equal instalments spread over the time period you select. Find out more

Yes, we have regular promotions and these are advertised in our newsletters, subscribe here.

Sometimes it’s not possible to buy a gift voucher for special promotions, owing to time constraints or availability.
