Competition Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is About Face Limited.

The Supplier is Madam Rat.

The Competition is run by About Face; Madam Rat takes no responsibility nor liability for the prize.

Method of Entry

1. The Competition Period is clinic opening time on Thursday 14th April to clinic closing time on Thursday 6th May 2021.

2. Conditions of Entry: A customer must write their name, phone number and special reason why they would love to gift the bouquet of dried flowers to their mum or mother figure this Mother's Day.

3. Limit one entry per client. Entries can only be made in one clinic; multiple entries in different clinics are not permitted. Clients can only enter the competition in clinic, there is no online entry form.

4. The entry form must be completed in full and placed in the entry box in clinic.

5. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the prize draw.

6. It is the responsibility of the entrant that they write legibly to ensure their details can be read to contact them.

Prize and Prize Conditions

1. The prize is the bouquet of dried flowers that the client sees on display within the clinic they enter the competition in.

2. There are seven floral arrangements to be won.

3. There is one winner per clinic.

4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Where a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize (or part of that prize) with another prize of equal value and/or specification.

5. The prize bouquets cannot be swapped between clinics. Additionally, the prize bouquets cannot be exchanged with different florals or arrangements from the supplier Madam Rat.

6. By entering the competition, entrants agree that they must collect their prize on Friday 7th May or Saturday 8th May 2021.

7. By accepting this prize, the winner consents to the Promoter and/or its affiliates and agencies using the winner's details, photographs and other material for reasonable promotional purposes including but not limited to in store notices, posters, emails, online marketing activity and press.

8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury in connection with the prize or its use by the winner.

Prize Draw

1. The prize draw will take place on Friday 7th May 2021 at each of About Face's seven clinics. There will be one prize draw per clinic.

2. There will be seven prize draws.

3. Prize winners will be notified by phone on Friday 7th May 2021.  If a winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter on the day of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn at the Promoter's discretion.

4. The Promoter is not liable if (for whatever reason) the winners cannot be contacted due to illegible handwriting on the entrants entry form.

5. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. If your entry is drawn as the winner you must present photo ID to claim the prize.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw competition at any time without notice.

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to anyone who resides in New Zealand. All entrants under the age of 16 acknowledge the winning prize will be registered in the name of their parent or legal guardian.

2. The Promoter’s employees and their immediate families and the Promoter’s agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms & Conditions are available online and in each clinic for potential entrants to read before entering. Entering the competition is deemed acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
